In Word and in Outlook
Clausis works where the document is born: in the contract, in the email. It checks, corrects, anonymises and replies, with the source.
- 1 · Review
Select the clause, and Clausis tells you what is wrong with it.
It examines the selected sentence against the Civil Code and case law, and puts the source next to the answer. No leaving Word, no copying back and forth.
- 2 · Correction
The correction goes into the text with tracked changes.
The proposed wording appears just as if a colleague had rewritten it: red deletion, blue insertion, one click to accept. The document's formatting stays untouched.
- 3 · Anonymisation
It swaps the names out, and the firm keeps the key.
Company names, addresses and identifiers are replaced with placeholders before anything leaves the machine. The key to reverse it stays with the firm; the model only sees the masked text.
- 4 · Outlook
The reply to the client's email, in the firm's style.
In Outlook, Clausis reads the email, finds the related case and document, and drafts the reply the way the firm would write it. Insert, review, send.

The Clausis knowledge base processes the firm's entire archive: contracts, submissions, judgments, correspondence, old Word files, e-signed containers and scanned paper alike. Every document becomes searchable passage by passage, and the answer cites the firm's own document at a clickable place. All of it stays in the firm's own encrypted store, in an EU data centre; the model never trains on it.

Drag-and-drop, bulk upload, or Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox, Notion: the 2019 file processed exactly like yesterday's.
