The Irattár holds the firm's own documents: contract templates, filings, the papers of past matters. Every document uploaded here is read, scanned PDFs included, split into sections and remembered. That is how Clausis answers from your own documents, with the source cited. It is organised in folders, and each folder controls who in the firm can see into it.
Storage, by contrast, is a store: every file you upload or drop into the chat, finished documents and recordings go here. One click moves a document from Storage into the Irattár so the AI reads it too. What you only store, the AI does not search.
The two allowances are therefore measured apart: the Irattár in documents, Storage in gigabytes. Max includes 1,000 documents and 20 GB for the whole firm, not per seat. A lawyer produces and handles two to three thousand documents a year once every version, filing and annex is counted; twenty years and four lawyers come to roughly two hundred thousand. That is what the extension packs and, for a full archive, the custom offer are for.
Extending the Irattár has two fees: Loading is the one-time processing, Retention keeps it ready. Extending Storage is a monthly fee. Each belongs to the whole firm.
